Visitor Management System

Pre-registration, check-in, host notification, and temporary badging — built to sit alongside your existing access control system, not replace it.

How it works

From invite to badge in under a minute.

1. Pre-register

Hosts register expected visitors in advance, or visitors self-register from a kiosk or QR code on arrival.

2. Verify & screen

ID capture, watchlist screening, and NDA or safety-briefing acknowledgment, configurable per site.

3. Notify the host

The host is notified the moment their visitor checks in — no phone calls to the front desk.

4. Issue a badge

A temporary badge is printed or provisioned, scoped to the areas and time window the visit requires.

5. Track presence

Know exactly who's on-site, who they're visiting, and when they're expected to leave.

6. Auto-expire & log

Access revokes automatically at checkout or window expiry, and every visit is logged for audit.

VISITOR BADGE HOST NOTIFIED J. Alvarez has arrived at Lobby CHECKED IN 09:41 ON-SITE NOW 3 visitors · expires 11:00, 13:30, 16:00 Access scoped to: Lobby, Conference B
Why it's separate from your PACS

Visitors shouldn't need a permanent credential.

1
Time-boxed by design
Every visitor credential has a start and end time set at check-in — nothing lingers after the visit is over.
2
Works with the PACS you already run
Provisions and revokes access through your existing access control system rather than standing up a parallel one.
3
Full visit history
Every check-in, host, area, and checkout time is logged for compliance and incident review.

We'll walk through check-in, host notification, and badge provisioning against your actual site layout.
